Jonny Garza Villa is a product of the Great State of Texas, born and raised near and along the Gulf Coast and currently lives in San Antonio. They are a Sagittarius sun, Capricorn everything else, an avid Dungeons & Dragons player, a former very bad baseball player, and a former pretty good drag queen.

Jonny is an award-winning author of contemporary novels inspired by their own Tejane & Chicane and queer identities including, in young adult, Fifteen Hundred Miles from the SunAnder & Santi Were HereCanto Contigo, and the anthology This Is How We Roll, and their new adult debut romance Futbolista.

Sonido Reyes is an award-winning and bestselling author best known for tackling difficult topics through a hopeful lens. They write stories celebrating their own queer and Mexican identities, including The Lesbiana’s Guide to Catholic School, The Luis Ortega Survival Club, The Broposal, and The Golden Boy’s Guide to Bipolar. 

They also have contributed short stories to the anthologies Transmogrify! and For the Rest of Us.

Sonora is the vice-president of My Galvanized Friend, a nonprofit focused on providing access to and amplifying LGBTQ+ writing, art, and creators.
